In our aim to make life within our gates inviting, relaxing, and fun, a portion of our fees are allocated to the maintenance and development of community amenities. Homeowners can enjoy our Swim & Racquet Club, numerous parks and playgrounds, and other public spaces year-round.

Architectural Standards

Expertly built, thoughtfully designed

To protect the natural surroundings and aesthetic environment of Geneva National Community, our Architectural Review Committee (ARC) oversees the development of all new properties. Among our most important guidelines are the rules surrounding our community’s natural terrain, which cannot be cut, removed, or otherwise altered without the express written approval of the ARC.

Upholding our standard of living

To maintain the standard of living, our homeowners have come to expect from Geneva National Community, we have a set of rules and policies by which we all abide. Each policy we enforce is for the safety and well-being of everyone within our gates, so that we may continue to maintain a peaceful and pleasant place to live.

Traffic and speed rules

All traffic laws established in Wisconsin are enforced within Geneva National Community. The maximum speed on all roads in Geneva National Community is 25 miles per hour, except the Boulevard, where it is 26 miles per hour. All people must operate vehicles in such a manner that does not damage the road.

Owner Responsibilities

Being a member of Geneva National Community is a commitment to respecting the land, property, and neighbors around you. As such, homeowners are held responsible for all violations committed by them or their guests.

Rental Properties

Homeowners may rent their property in Geneva National Community in accordance with our community rules. No property may be rented until 36 months after ownership. Additionally, rentals for less than 12 consecutive months (including month-by-month leases and vacation rentals) are prohibited.
