We respect the privacy and security of Personal Identifiable Information (defined below) that we collect about you through your access of the Website hosted and arranged by Geneva National Community Association (“we,” “us,” “our” or “Geneva National”). The following Geneva National Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes our privacy policy and practices with respect to that information. By your use of, access to, and/or registration in, this Website, you consent to our collection, use and sharing of your Personal Identifiable Information and other information online by us in the manner set forth in this Policy and acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined herein as well as the Geneva National Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Please read this Policy carefully. We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy, from time to time, and the latest version will be posted on this page. Therefore, we encourage you to check back periodically.

- Security. While we do our best to protect your Personal Identifiable Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Identifiable Information transmitted to or via the Website. Certain Personal Identifiable Information retained by Geneva National relating to your association with Geneva National, including, but not limited to, unit information, assessments, and outstanding balances due (“User Personal Documentation”) may be uploaded to a secure location on the Website. Such User Personal Documentation will be password protected and accessible to you and Geneva National. The associations and committees of Geneva National, including its agents, directors, officers, and employee’s, may assist Geneva National in uploading and compiling an electronic database that may include certain Personal Identifiable Information related to the unit owners and members of the Geneva National community to secure locations on the Website.
You may need to use your credit card number through the Website to pay for Content or Services, as defined in the Terms, or in order to pay your association dues or assessments. However, prior to its transmission, your credit card information is encrypted through the use of secure server software and is transmitted in this secure and encrypted fashion. Your credit card information will not be retained by us.
We reserve the right to request documentation of Personal Identifiable Information sufficient, in our sole discretion, to verify your identity as a person who is entitled to register to use certain portions of the Website. Should you refuse to provide the requested Personal Identifiable Information, or should we determine, in our sole discretion, that the documentation provided is insufficient to verify your identity, we may suspend, in whole or in part, your access to the Website. Certain Personal Identifiable Information, such as the address of the “unit” that you own, cannot be changed without verification by Geneva National. We are not responsible for information contained in such online databases. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided by you remains up-to-date and accurate.
We may maintain our own separate database(s) in order to provide the Content and Services to which you will not have online access. For example, we may maintain one or more databases of members of the Geneva National association who are entitled to become and remain users of the Website or certain portions thereof. Such database(s) may contain information furnished by Geneva National’s association, its management company and/or members, or otherwise collected. If you wish to ask us about the Personal Identifiable Information that we may have collected about you and that is not available to you online, you may email us at the contact provided in the Terms. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with your request, and to update and/or correct any Personal Identifiable Information that is contained within such databases.
- Dispute Resolution. Should any dispute, controversy or claim arise relative to this Policy and enforcement thereof, you agree that such dispute, controversy or claim shall be settled according to the procedures set forth in the Terms.
